Ooh I love to see it! Masynn did so well with her letters! If she gets bored with the pencil, try using a marker or jumbo crayon, it’s easier for her little hands. Dollar Tree also has some alphabet dry erase boards like she may like. I remember Mas being a baby now she’s a big girl. They grow so fast.

My 4 yr starter school around 2.5 it was a daycare my sis worked at my child too was speech delayed but being in school helped her a lot especially her teachers and slowly it came along .. right now she’s 4 and she still has her 3 moments it will come when you least expect it ..

Hey Drea! Former PreK teacher here. Stay strong, a complete transition could take up to 2-4 weeks, I’ve even seen it take longer. Just continue to practice with her at home. Try doing some of the same things at home that are done at school, example having carpet time. Read a story, do a puzzle, on the carpet but have her sit in a specific area every time. While y’all are doing the handwriting or even if she’s just coloring try giving her some space but let her know this is your chair, stay in your chair mommy will come see about you. Allow her to sit and work on it alone. Set a timer for about 20 minutes when doing these things related to school. And also ask her things like “Is this how you do it at school?” “Where do y’all sit at school?” “What do you do when you’re sitting at school?” “What else do you do at school?” “What’s you’re favorite part of school?” And I know someone’s going to come for me for this BUT I don’t think (my personal opinion, feel free to disagree) that the bribery works. I ‘ve(by parents choice) tried it with strong headed students in the past and it’s a no go. Plus it teaches them that they only have to be good if there’s a reward for them in the end. I know it’s a long comment but I hope it helps. Love you content! I ‘ve been around for a minute just a quiet subbie ❤️
