You probably see these things as rudimentary, but your knowledge of networks combines with knowledge of 3D just shows me endless horizons in such a small amount of time, it's insane. Большое спасибо. :)

Awesome research and development. As for your question about video length, I personally like your content. With information like this, short and to the point is a great approach to teaching artists. I myself can get lost easily in drawn out videos because I most likely am looking for a tutorial on how to do something in the moment, such as for work. I feel the length of a video tutorial should be judged by the different use-cases of the tip/trick you are advertising/presenting. Then maybe the "why"s or "why not"s I like longer videos if it's a 'work-along" kind of vibe. Thanks and keep putting out great content.

That actually is a pretty decent little quick workflow. Pop that out to something like zbrush and go to town refining. Is it really good enough on its own? For previz and posing with a quick rig, absolutely. That's pretty fast tbh and simple.

crazy how much time it would save game developers, not having to do all that work to create that texture by hand. just get an ai to generate a hundred in a couple minutes, pick the best one, done. the only question is will game developers than take that saved time and put it into making a good game, or will they just use the ai as a way to churn out uninteresting low effort games

@MaxSMoke7774 ай бұрын
You too can turn a beautiful image into a wad of chewing gum! Really though, well AI does make some nice concept art, but it's no substation for real 3D modeling. Not to even mention optimization and model/rigging planning. Modern games lag far behind the performance they should have because of these lazy "sculpting" techniques that take artists away from the per-polygon they should be focusing on. Polygon counts matter, folks! Just because an engine can do 1 million polygons per second is no excuse for burning 500k of that on a vase.
@digital-guts4 ай бұрын
yeah, i totally agree (cause i work in gamedev myself) but there more use cases for 3d except games. read small tread under pinned first comment. dont be scares nobody will take you sub-d modelling work

When I do this with a depth map of a 16:9 format, the displacement modifier applies the map as a small 1:1 repeat pattern.. why? note: I made my place 16:9 ratio and applied scale before adding displacement modifier.
