Hey Maya, I really like your videos, especially the few sand ones that you do but I’ve noticed that you primarily do mouth ASMR and no offense but it’s kind of gross to me. I imagine listening to someone eating a meal and so just get a sick feeling to my stomach to where I can’t watch your videos anymore. I wish you the best but I will have to unsubscribe. You mentioned that you were very lucky to have a very good support system. I was curious to know if you sometimes saw yourself as some sort of parasocial support system with your videos? I can't speak for everyone watching ASMR videos, but as for me, certain types of ASMR videos are sometimes a sort of support system. I know it's not at all like having actual friends/family and such, but having someone tell me words of encouragement or try to help me navigate difficult emotions/situations helps when I struggle (even if I know that they are only a person on my screen and that they aren't aware of my existence). Sooooo, yeah, thank you for making the content that you make. It can help people when they don't have anyone to turn to!
