LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

My great-grandmother bled to death with a case of rare life-threatening menorrhagia-metrorrhagia going through the perimenopausal and menopausal phases in her life. It was severe blood lost that cause her death, and nowadays it would definitely be a 911 call or the visit to emergency room. She hemorrhaged severely, and it caused her to die from the verry, very bad heavy bleeding. My great-grandmother was only 49 years old at her death. 2 years ago I had endometrial ablation by Novasure, and D & C with the laparoscopic tubal ligament surgery to treat the heavy and prolonged bleeding. So far, the procedure has been a success, and I have light menstrual periods; for now, I don't have to worry about women's health problems for a while. Could there be rare blood disorders that cause life-threatening menorrhagia-metrorrhagia that I should be tested or aware of that can cause severe bleeding? It will be good to discover a medical mystery that is a unsolved case within my family. I also have an aunt that recently had a blood test done, and it confirmed a potentially rare blood disorder that cause pain by cramps. It is said to be hereditary. I'm not sure what the name of the blood disorder is. I now get rectal bleeding, and blood stool test done.

PanOxyl Acne cleanser Wash Benzoyl Peroxide 10% is amazing! Not sure how long it’s been out but it has helped the ones on the back of my scalp. I mostly get it during haircuts when they use a razor or electric shaver to cut my hair. My dermatologist recommended and has done wonders because it’s 10% benzoyl peroxide. I use in the shower after I use normal shampoo and conditioner. I pour a good amount onto a silicone wash pad and scrub the back of my scalp with it. It helped in curing and keeping it at bay. Especially after haircuts. I was surprised because you can buy over the counter and that’s what my dermatologist recommended. Remember it does bleach stuff so if you use it on scalp don’t let it sit. Wash away right after. It is an antibacterial so goes deep into the infected area to treat. Thank me later 😃

I received losarten for years for HP. A few months into this regimen, I started to develop red feet. Then I was diagnosed with retinopathy due to small blood vessels in my eyes breaking and causing blurry vision. I had to get a shot in my eyes every two or three months. This was no easy experience and I received these shots for years. My feet were turning purple. I finally read that losartan causes broken small blood vessels. I stopped the losartan. I never again needed any shots in my eyes and my feet became much less discolored over time. I discovered that at no time over the years, did my A1C # go over 6.1 (6.1 at its highest). After all the Dr.’s I had seen (over the years) no one suggested losartan could be the cause of my symptoms. The ugly discoloration and the painful frightening eye shots could have been all avoided by a properly trained Dr. alert for medication or diagnostic errors….no such luck in my case tho. Please read up on the side effects of meds taken. May save years of misery.

I follow all the steps and watched many videos. I have worms for just over a year, I shower twice a day, clean everything in house once every week, I change bedding twice a week, I eat many foods like chillies, garlic and carrots, I clean my hands all the time after using toilet and before eating food, I never bite my nails, I take medicine from doctor like albendozole and menbendezole. I still have the threadworms now after all this really bad stomach pains and itching at night I will get 4 hours sleep if I am lucky but only usually get 2-3 hours sleep. I realise now that I am probably going to have to live like this from now on which is sad. Do you or anyone else have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
