Thank you so much for posting this video!! It's so helpful for memorizing abx/bugs for people that can visualize this in their brains by color. However, for anyone else drawing these out yourself, like me, there's a few things to note based on the Pharmacy RxPrep/uWorld book. I rearranged the order of the abxs to make more sense to me, so this will not be in order of the video: - Ceftriaxone/Cefotaxime/Cefdinir no longer cover SPACE bugs (so remove serratia and enterobacter from that flower). And they do indeed cover HNPEK bugs so I'm not sure why N. Meningitidis was removed from this flower, but it should be added back!! - 3rd gen cephalosporin group 2 (Ceftazidime) lost gram + activity compared to group 1 3rd gen. Ceftazidime only covers Gram + (strep and MSSA) in combo with Avibactam. So do what you will with that. To avoid making a new flower for Avycaz, I added strep, MSSA, B. frag, serratia and enterobacter in a dotted line "petal" and kept pseudomonas and HNPEK bugs as filled in petals. - Cefepime was almost perfect. But H. influenzae is missing from this flower for some reason; it should be there since this drug covers HNPEK - definitely make a flower for Ceftaroline. It's the only beta lactam that covers MRSA (along with strep and HNPEK bugs, NOT SPACE bugs) so it's important - N meningitidis is missing from Bactrim's flower - everything else I noticed would be splitting hairs. hope this helps!

It usually takes a few hrs for the Dr to not only send the script but then for the pharmacy to fill it. So to go to the pharmacy immediately after leaving your Dr is a futile trip
