I didn't experience pain in tĥis test. But when I walk on concrete for hours the arch, heal and toes hurt.

That’s exactly where mine is located. 7 months of different treatments and not better. MRI tech saw something but didn’t say what. Waiting to see what the heck it is. Dr. already talking surgery since everything else has failed.

Maybe 6 months or so, as long as I do the calf stretch, I'm ok.

Hurts like a mofo when it’s flared up. I’m a lineman and when I climb poles it can be excruciating.

I went to the podiatrist a few weeks ago and he didn’t do any kind of test or exam on my foot, but still diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. My pain is mainly in the back of my heel (only on the bottom when I first get up in the morning), and the inside of my arch. Pretty sure I won’t go be going back to him again.

Try calf stretches against a wall, brining the opposite foot in front and cross over a bit. Really helps to stretch the right part. I like to move the other foot forward and back while stretching to get a full range.

That's plantar fasciitis 😊

This is a young simulator with normal menisci. For a patient with suspected meniscal injury...you must hold both hands of the patient to make sure they don't fall and also...the patient should flex the knee by just a few degrees and you should make sure they are twisting over the knees and not around the hip. Cheers

Me either, pressure actually felt good, but when I walk on concrete pain grows progressively worsè until I roll a tennis ball on the arch

I have had plantar heel pain for 2 months. Some of the most pain I'm experiencing is when I'm sitting. I get a shooting pain up and down my ankle.

Yep, so what do we do about it?

Massage therapy! Massage, massage, massage and then when you can walk without excruciating pain, start trying to strengthen your leg, core and gluteus maximus muscles.
