Encouraging youngster that medical field is easy when in fact it's not that. In the hospital,we keep on promoting the IPSG only because this new gen of medical personnel is far more incompetent compare to the old generation. From doctors to nurses something is wrong with this new gen people. Sad to say in my current post most of the new nurses has poor common sense,lack of basic knowledge and skills, with low tolerance to stress and negativities.

This is a 12yr old kid not someone in damn school about to graduate and work with patients! Can no one be impressed that a child even has the knowledge of what to do?! Instead rather bash a kid and talk about how he so rough, no one would ever want him to help blah blah blah. Why not I courage him and if this actually something he wants to pursue give advice. Knowing damn well 99% of the people commenting have never even attempted something like this and never will.
