I have a c4500 duramax and all I have to do is prime it. It will purge the air out. I just keep hitting the primer until it starts to get hard to push down. And it starts right up. No need to open bleeder valve on that model anyway. Not sure if they are all like that or not. But mine's an lly.

question i’m ringing my up now so my positive short wire is going from winder motor to switch then the then what do I need positive to battery to what and negative off battery to what? if you could help i’d appreciate it

This was exactly the video I was looking for. I planted a mint plant out front in the communal Decorative garden area. I want it to replace all the weeds that always grow there and also always have some fresh mint available, my neighbours can have some too! When I try to grow mint in pots, it thrives then dies, it dies in too much water, it dies with too little water. I give up. i'm going to try natural soil, so I've planted my plant and it's doing well and I have cleaned the area around it and I noticed these little plants coming up. Are they Mint plants or the old weed plants Coming back that were there before. This is the answer: They are mint!

got a 99 7.3.. just acquired the truck abandoned. been sitting few years. mouse chewed glow plug wires at relay. and the icp wires. fixed wires and a new icp. it fires up with a misfire it seems. has a 10 switch tuner chip that makes a difference for a sec then back to same. have not driven truck bcs its missing still. I found a quarter on passenger side. ill ck driver side next time I get a minute to pull driver valve cover. thanks for tips. thinking of unhooking the tuner chip. can they go bad and cause a misfire?

Have injector 2 & 8 code in IDM 2 & 8 Failed Buzz test & contribution , replaced IDM, still runs the same Truck has 92k & also never injectors Shop says needs injectors, I don’t think so Believe this may be this fix Thank you

I just bought a recliner with this type of pull and I suspect it is the recliners Achilles heel. Now I see how it is replaceable. How do you replace the cable when the handle is intact but the clip at the far end has broken?

I have the sane style D-Pull but was wondering why it’s so hard to pull to open up the leg rest? I have lub the open mechanism on all moving parts with 3n1 oil. No squeaks etc, but still hard to pull the ring? Any help

One point no-one mentioned is CARB (California Air Resource Board) has mandated Zero Emission on small equipment requiring all small engines be replaced with battery packs. 2-Cycle has been banned in Calif for many years and now everything under 50HP is outlawed. How long until all states follow their master plan? I saw a Ryobi push mower for 900$ in another video, the replacement battery packs (2) were 219 each.

Just grab a drill bit that will fit snugly into the brass plug , the end of the drill bit that fits in the drill ,, NOT the cutting end , after getting a bit that fits snugly into the brass just pop it out sideways !

The brass piece is removable if you disassemble the carb and use a good pair of pliers , like Knipex pliers to remove the plug. I think I might invest in the Echo 2.5mm tool. My problem is the compression and the carburetor itself. Compression is 88 psi. I ordered a new carb so we will see if that's the issue or is it the compression. Spark arrestor and port are very clean. Thanks for the video. I have owned Echo for years with the High Low and Idle screws that are very visible and I wish they would have never changed to these , so called , fixed carburetors

Great idea... I have an older retired Crown V Interceptor. 200K and she runs great except for noise on start up. I've been doing the engine start like this for over a year and it's really does work. No noise on fire up anymore. My attitude is, build up the oil pressure quickly with no load on engine. There is residual oil already in the engine from driving it the previous day. Still running good. Thanks again.
