If you will start your day early, you can definitely cover all. I did it the same with my 8 year old daughter. ( if weather is with you ).

I fly DGI Mini 3, which is under 250g, so i did not took any permission but due to frequent helicopter flights i took all the shots early in the morning.

I didn't took any permission, but I suggest you to go early and also try to capture Ramsau and Hintersee. Drone perspective is totally different experience of travelling.
