This movie has a very creepy undertone in the developing relationship between an innocent 10 year old girl and her (30-something?) troubled and drug addicted uncle. The uncle shows up at his sister's home unannounced and without explanation, after a presumably long absence (the girl is ten years old and has never met her uncle). Yet his sister welcomes him in without any discussion of his situation, and immediately allows him to hang out in the young daughter's bedroom, lying together with the girl on her bed and "tucking her in" at night, walking her to school through isolated wooded areas (holding hands as they walk), and frequently allowing the uncle to spend time alone with the girl in the back yard camper. The mother seems hopelessly naive and she is immediately dismissive and hostile toward her husband's unease with the situation and his concern for the safety of their daughter. Thus, the father doesn't assert any boundaries, and soon shifts to being the villian as his affair is exposed, and the uncle is portrayed as the "good father." I found this movie very difficult to watch, and didn't find it to be a faith-based movie in any way.

Sorry to say this but this "flawless" boyfriend wasn't well-cast. He's not handsome. The actor didn't carry off the kind of vibe that the script suggested. He seemed a little creepy -- and it was the vibe of the actor more than what the script seemed to suggest.

You don't have to be a priest necessarily to disperse Christ's teaching.... That girl who wished to be a priest should be told that she can make people aware of the Faith through different ways... Jesus never wants us to hold a prominent position and then talk about his FAITH... AMEN❤

Catholic leaders are corrupt. To add to the corruption is the corruptioniest! It makes me afraid 😱 that more people will begin to lose faith in God. The Catholic Church helps, because they are like a rock and foundation but are NOT the chief cornerstone. I believe that women’s heart is more pure than men, but women should just be able to help regulate men’s unregulated power. Raping little boys and the like (like birthing LGBTQIA) is too much. We need purity. I have not watched until the end, I always comment at the beginning of the main idea/controversy. This means the Antichrist could be a woman; if man in the Bible only refers to mankind. Those of us who wait because we have to be faithful to Christ to survive, believing in our hearts it’s the only true way, acknowledge that only men and the beautiful have special elite status in this world. I’m blessed but I didn’t want to spend my life alone because the beginning of it was torn. No more rips. In Jesus name. I want to know if she won, but I can’t imagine desiring to work among men. She must have wanted to be a priest over women. I can find a place in my heart to agree that this could be acceptable, just not over men. No. Regulate yourself. We will vote with you and against evils for prevention forever. Husband rise, under the anointing. Not under yourself (yourself meaning the desires of your suppressed and controlled lusts). It twists us, only when we’re young and finding our own relationship with Christ, until we can mature and have faith to really believe God’s word will manifest in our lifetime if we truly can just remain in Christ, because his word is alive and works, not history or make believe, because it’s way too much make you believe it out there. Only one was born without sin. We need people who love and believe God in the world. I also think it right that men are supposed to truly be a covering for women, all race, under God. Good men should be equal before God. God’s word should be solid and the new testament is the fulfillment of the law/gospel. Women are there for men, because of natural laws of nature and existence, and we deserve to have an agape in matrimony of a faithful one, created for God and us (as one). The Bible says Eve was created for Adam, but Adam, not Eve, was given the natural consequence that changed our lives on earth. Gods word is sufficient. We can’t add to or take away from it, the Mathew to the Revelation is the fulfillment of the Genesis to Malachi. 🙏🏽 I can’t leave comments on corruption so will delete. The scary part of this is that she was probably created just to get rid of this evil one. Jesus said turn the other cheek. This looks like organized crime.

What a beautiful movie - truth stands, we are all equal in God's eyes but man have chosen to make their laws. I wonder why Catholic still believe that men are above God's will.

As in all the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home, for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church. (1 Corinthians 14:33b-35 NIV). When the layer asked the bishop if there is a scripture in the Bible about women in church, he said "no": either he did not know the scripture (hardly though) or the maker of the movie is intentionally not telling the truth. Always check everything in the Bible.

Excellent movie

The will of the Father shouldn’t be overruled by the world’s culture at all. It’s illegal, immoral, unethical and unbiblical by any standard. It’s amazing how someone will go to extreme lengths so selfishly and arrogantly just to change that, even if it is a Spanish woman who behaves like Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez. An opinion doesn’t change the truth, and facts don’t care about feelings.
