same problem here what i done was folded the stand leg back over the shaver and it locked it into the charger works perfect now hope this helped.

Worst shaver ever designed. Rubbish product made by a top maker. I'd Never buy a Remington shaver again...

Are you sure this is midnight mas??? I always go to midnight mass and I don't ever remember the choir being on the altar...they are in the choir loft and at midnight mass, the trees are always lit

Charge for 24hrs from new out box then every 6 months instructions states charge 24hrs let batteries run out then charge for 24hrs

I have the exact same issue with a razor purchased in September 2018 as a birthday gift and just opened this past weekend. Ugh.

I contacted remington and they had me check some serial numbers on the razors I had. In my case, within days of purchasing new from a reputable online retailer, Remington sent me replacements.

I have purchased two (as of 12-22-2017) neither of them will charge. I emailed the company but have heard nothing back. It is the Remington Hyper XR1370.....so far it has proven to be an embarrassment to the name "Remington" and an absolute piece of junk.. I can no longer think Remington with the term quality - there is a contradiction.

Kevin, I called Remington and they had me read the serial numbers. Based on what I read to them, they sent me replacements. Give them a try first but do it quick so that if your product is not from a bad batch you may need to return it to where you purchased it.

Thanks, it is very tasty a comforting in the cold months but you can also enjoy Cold apple cider on the rocks with Vana Tallinn in the summer. You can also add some cinnamon and nutmeg powder to it to spice things up. I call that version Applicious.
