The smart way is to get gravel under the slab so as not to create a void in the middle of the slab where it can and will crack
@YourHomeSolutionsUSA3 ай бұрын
A lot of smart guys "armchair expert" can write a comments like this. Can you explain how you will put gravel under a slab? How you going to lift that double slab? How do you know how much to put a gravel to be in level (maybe you have to lift the slab again to put more or remove gravel). This video it's ease, fast and practical solution to do it by yourself or with a partner. Foam expends and fill all empty space and stop entering water to your house.

Would this work on thicker planks? Like 12mm
@YourHomeSolutionsUSA3 ай бұрын
Absolutely! The technique demonstrated in this video can definitely be adapted for thicker planks like 12mm. When working with thicker planks, you may need to heat longer.
@mocococo71783 ай бұрын
The thicker the plank, the more likely you'll get cracks when bending. If you make 2 grooves with a dado, you'll get really tight bends without cracking or warping and you'll need minimal heat.
@bdpgarage3 ай бұрын
Try using construction grout to fill in the voids next time. If you fill In your hole from the jack and leave a small opening to pour construction grout through, it’ll fill the whole void and self level itself under the slab. Then you don’t have to worry about settling and critters digging at it and using it for nests,
@YourHomeSolutionsUSA3 ай бұрын
I don't think construction grout will work same way like a foam. Foam expended and can filled all empty space

Thanks for your video. Best video on the web I've seen that really shows what it's like to install the filter gutter guards! A friend gave me about 75 panels that he used for a year. They are white and I have brown gutters. Do you know if these guards can be painted or stained to match brown gutters? If so what paint would you recommend? Just wondering if I would be better off buying the brown guards instead of painting/staining them knowing that they will probably fade in a few years. Thanks...
@YourHomeSolutionsUSA4 ай бұрын
Thank you for comment. Problem with paint is: paint cost money, takes a lot of your time, how you will paint a mash? It going to cover all holes. The plastic guard is cheap. I recommend you to buy a new brown guards. i believe i bought 3 boxes for house and garage. Below the video you will find the link to Amazon, I paid $51 per box.

Hello. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribers are much lower.To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO, meaning your videos are not fully SEO. Your SEO score is very low, so you have to do 90 overs. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion.If you do SEO and Promotion then lots of subscribers and views will come to your channel, and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. For now you can do channel SEO or Video & Organic Promotion. Your channel will grow very fast. Because your video content idea is so good.

The fixture you will make has to be exactly like your stairs then use a glue and heavy weight.

I have tried to do this as well but I failed. The vinyl cracked on me. I heated it u p from the back of the plate I will try on another piece heating op the front. edit and I also precut the board to make it a bit thinner for an easier bend but will try without

Sorry to hear that. If cracked it means not enough heat. So heat more and band slowly.
