I'm having this problem too 06 cbr 1000rr 17k miles. Put new clutch plates in the same thing. only when the bike gets hot does it slip pull slave apart clean like new going to try clutch master cycinder kit. Like I said everything is super clean.

My bike is a 2005 1000RR Repsol and has only 1104 miles. It started slipping the clutch when it got hot all of a sudden without any problems before. I knew the clutch plates were good because it never slipped before. I did flush the fluid for clutch and cylinder but apparently what happened is exactly what you say here. So I will take the clutch slave cylinder apart and the master cylinder cleaning/overhaul(if needed) but I will clean the little pressure relief breather hole. I will try to let you know my results what happened when I'm done. Thanks for the insight.

I'm having a noise issue when i pull my clutch lever in between shifts. sounds like the flywheel rubbing (i don't know). bike rides perfect and there are no clutch issues. just a slight noise

I am having trouble bleeding my clutch on 06 model. When I bleed the master cylinder the lever gets hard. But when I move to the slave cylinder and try bleeding the lever no longer gets hard. Any advise?

I’m having the same slipping problem right now as we speak on the same bike you have… I changed the clutch plates three times… and i changed the clutch slave cylinder to a brand new one… i changed the clutch master cylinder Reservoir to a brand new one… i even switch up the motor oil and I still get the slipping when bike gets hot…. But there’s one thing I didn’t touch yet…. The actual clutch master cylinder itself!….. when I get home I’ll take it apart and clean it like you said and see if that eliminates my slipping when bike gets hot …..
