@@user-ou4lo5hn5v вкратце из-за внешней и внутренней политики обеих партий за последнее время на улицу стали попадать наркотики всё более и более низкого качества... В данном видео, если не ошибаюсь, часто говорят о том, что на улице люди умирают из-за "замеса", который в основном состоит из транквилизатора для животных, из-за этого летальный исход возрос с 1% до 30%(за цифры хз) и последние года в районе Кинсингтон вот такая вот картина. В общем у нас одного такого(как пример СПб) увидят, то толпой будут фоткать и во все паблики отправлять, а у них(в Филадельфии, как понимаю там и Балтимор такой же) такие люди обыденность. В общем канал есть по этому району sbc news... У нас в стране такая же политическая ситуация складывается в итоге. Ужесточаем наказание за сбыт, производство и контрабанду- всё проблемы нет? --- по факту придумывают новые наркотики, люди умирают, врачи не знают с чем имеют дело, как и сами наркоманы, а кто-то еще из верхушки на этом делает деньги.
