Does anyone else's i73 mixer app crash after 30 seconds of being open? I cannot for the life of me get it to stop crashing. I'm running Mac Ventura 13.2.1.

Hi H.Audio.. How good is this for electronic music production, how is the dynamic range on the AD/DA converters on this one..? i was looking on a RME and a Antelope soundcard.. but after seeing this one i begin to doubt wich one to chose.. the design on this is awesome.. :O)

Hi there! It is really awesome for electronic music, specially if you want to record through the 73 style preamps to give any synth or drum machine its unique colour. The included DSP powered plugins for low latency tracking, wet and dry simultaneous recording capabilities and the ability to use any third party plugin for monitoring should also come in handy. As for the converters, we use the same converters as in our acclaimed Súper8 or OST8 ADAT. Check our user manuals and website for more specs. Hope this helps!

It is class compliant so you can use it as a plug and play device and, of course, take advantage of the preamps but the Mixer software is not available for iPad/iPhone as of today.

iLok is only for securing the native plugins that are bundled with the i73 PRO. You won't need iLok for the i73 PRO to work.

Yes but unfortunately the bundled HA native plugins and the promise of future HA plugins was one of the main selling points of these interfaces for me… having to manage an iLok account and the costs and issues associated with it is a complication I have no interest in. I hope the need for iLok doesn’t damage your sales too much.

@@NoiseSHome unfortunately your use case is a 'statistical outlier' to the bulk of their customer base. Why? Maybe because 99% of the streamers don't want or can't afford (or justify) a $1500 piece of equipment when there are multitudes of solutions in the $100 - $300 range. I'm interested in why an iPhone won't support the ASIO drivers, or maybe they do?

Acaban de sacar una interfaz de 1500 euros con unos previos que se ven buenos pero con menos prestaciones que una RME Fireface UCX II que de paso tienen muy buenos convertidores y estan a un menor precio, pienso que si quieren vender esta interfaz como la quieren vender deberian hacer que canales de creadores de contenido profesional hagan comparativas de convertidores con interfaces competitivas. Personalmente creo que al comprador le da miedo dejar de comprar una mejor opción solo porque esta se ve bonita y tiene previos 1073, necesitan las pruebas de sonido; lo mismo pasa con el tubesessor los tubos calientan un poco mas que los del cl1b y saturan la señal un poco mas pero si eso ya esta solucionado no veo ese contenido disponible al publico. Solo es mi opinion Saludos!!

So you plug the ADAT to the Appolo interface and get 8 channel from your lunchbox, this is why i need this to expand my Arturia audiofuse to get 16 channel and add something more high end to some input, for example 8 track for the drum mic to the Arturia and the other band member to the lunchbox with a neve preamp or other brand like API or Maag to get my extra channel for the bass DI from the SVT output ,the guitar amp mic, the voice mic and some of my synth and keyboard.

So any adat converter from RME to Arturia Audiofuse can work with this unit ? does i need the bnc clock cable for a 96khz 24 bit if i clock this to my audiofuse 8pre , maybe i need another device for the masterclock ?

Yes, any ADAT connection will work. The OST-8 can work both as a master or a slave clock via BNC. Hope this helps.

What I find impressive about the Heritage is that it sounds smooth and has more weight. The Pultec is cool, but not cool enough for it's price tag. The Warm is sharp and plastic sounding. Heritage did a great job with the Lang.
