I wish Rusty were real. Lowkey, he would be an incredible friend and the second I saw him in Operation Wallclimber I just started fangirling over him, leading to me going exclusively for the liberator ending first, in hopes we'd get to fight by his side. I was basically sqeuling with happiness when I loaded up that mission. 😁🤩 I don't use the dual melee in any build but his which I replicated; purely out of respect for this chad. He stands by our side and calls us his friend despite all of the wires keeping us leashed and amoral at Walter's command. He is literally him. It's also really cool to see some actual melee representation, seeing as most of the other AC's seem to disregard it, he really does remind me of white glint in that regard, that and the light build and indomitable will to fight on, just like Raven themself. Fight on Rusty. 🐺

To be honest, all the lyrical songs in the AC series use rough English for their lyrics. Which results in things like this. It has the passion of a great song, but is hard to understand. 😅

I faced him last night in the burning skies over Rubicon. It really hits hard when he asks what we gave up in order to fight so hard. I think that line is meta in asking whats it worth to light The Fires of Raven. I remember what Walter and Carl said to and did with us. That were carrying on the Mantle but it still feels bitter to face him down atop this marvel of an Ark knowing what will happen. Thats what really makes me believe Fires Of Raven is the bad ending of the lot. And in a way it makes fighting alongside him In the Liberator of Rubicon all the sweeter after all the senseless carnage and destruction. That its a real unambiguously good fight.
