What happens when Space X take over the project and eliminate redundancy and integrate their Mars Test with Moon landing enlimating Moon Tests since we have been to the Moon? We also have done tons of docking since then? 16 months to 36 months is longer than a trip to the Moon which is 6 to 10 days and back.
