Funny that the video does not mention the crime (one of the worst in the state) Plus construction it’s a huge issue, particularly when a stretch of the highway has been in construction since the 90’s (the intersection of I95 and I10) If that sounds like a dealbreaker Yep don’t move

Every place is basically the same. Poverty, Rich class, Grocery stores, shopping, slums, sites to see, traffic, bars, blah blah etc. We been blessed with the beach, instead of snow. I hope you didn’t down Jax,in your video Just pray to Jesus and follow the Holy Spirit. God bless Peace & Patience

I met Jacksonville Beach Florida for the first time this past Saturday and I loved it, my brother lives in Jacksonville beach, Florida and he loves living here better then living in Los Angeles

Some fair points although I’m not really sure traffic is much of an issue. Any town north of 300,000 people or so is of course going to have some traffic during work/after school hours.

Jacksonville is known to be a little slower paced, which is 100% true, but this is an area of about 2 million people from South Georgia to the Palm Coast area, so there are most definitely things to do for everyone. One of the best things about Jax is its proximity to the other major cities. Orlando is a two hour drive so you have the theme parks “close” without all the tourist traffic. The entry to South Florida is only a 4 hour drive or a $110 American Airlines round trip flight to Miami, amongst other cities. Flights to NYC and other major cities on the East coast and mid west are 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Our airport is easy to fly in and out of. So if you are looking for something a little busier, it’s always easy to get away for the weekend. You can come home to your peaceful neighborhood. Last but not least, Jax is more affordable than other cities near the water. This alone is the best part about being here! You can be by the beach at a fraction of the cost.

@@BlackOperations530 clear blue water, something it will likely never have in our lifetime! Lol. In the panhandle the water is clearest white sandy beaches where you can see literally everything that moves, Venice area is clear, Miami area is slightly less clear than Venice. East coast Florida from Port St Lucie all the way through South Carolina the water is murky because of natural fertilization. Like Biloxi MS & big bend FL. Further you go away from Miami, the murkier it gets. Otherwise still a pretty area imo. Gonna be in Vilano this week!

The hurricanes here in Northeast Florida can be pretty severe. Riverside can experience high winds, heavy rain, and even flooding due to being located along the St. Johns River. However, it's worth noting that the homes in Riverside have been well-preserved and have stood the test of time through many storms over the years. Generally speaking, hurricanes do not affect Northeast Florida as badly as parts of South Florida.
