It's not the nation's policy its plane manufacturers.Boeing Airbus and Embraer the 3 largest plane makers all agree that a cigarette on a plane could cause a crash due to in-flight fire.

This maybe only on smaller aircraft like the ATR-42 or 72. This maybe because the flight your taking, the Aux Power Unit (APU) doesn't have enough power to last the etire flight or the location your going ro has no ground power (GND) services. On Comercial Airliners, AC will be provided during boarding and takeoff even if the aircraft is boarding from a remote stand as well as being able to power the APU using the engine

during the time of my visit. there was relatively low volume of clients inside the lounges. so, i tried my luck if i can just look around. though i gave them my boarding pass/ business class. i did use my security bank credit card to access maharba lounge before.

It’s a special type of tape, it isn’t holding the plane together, it’s meant to sort of keep whatever has been covered exposed from the outside conditions and also to mark exactly where a repair is needed. (Trust me I’m a pilot, they even put it on one of my planes before) it’s completely safe since again, it isn’t meant to hold anything together

Wrong, there's an equal amount of exits at the front. BUT it is far far safer to sit at the back rather than the front. Although crashes aren't something you should really worry about in this day and age.

Id say, PAGSS. Food selection is a bit better, their ambiance looks more vibrant than. others, but ALOUNGE looks new as well, the down side for ALOUNGE is that its really small, like resto size small.
