Joe is so freaking fast with his alternate picking. No legato. Ive been playing since I was a kid and I can get close but still not as fast and accurate as him. Its amazing.

I can never understand Jimmie's fingering style. He always seems to have his fingers very stiff and straight which makes his playing sound jerky and awkward. Most players naturally curl their fingers inwards to place their fingertips onto the strings. Jimmy seems to be forever reaching for the notes and getting there a microsecond too late. I loved his playing in the Thunderbirds, but watching him is sort of painful.

This is one of the kind of breaks of recognition that Joanna Conner is needing. She has been relatively unknown except in smaller circles around the Chicago area' and this will give her some well-deserved exposure on stage with the likes of Joe and Kingfish.

You know he doesnt own it right? The people who own big red, rorys strat, greeny (before kirk) and kossoffs les paul all let joe play them at one time or another. Steve segal owns a dan erlewine flying v that belonged to albert king and joe had it for a bit because steven let him use it
