The pulse flow is not continuous that is it flushes the supplemental oxygen and waits for seconds to flush the second round so we did not understand why the flow is not continuous. While we buy the items we though that the pulse flows continuous. I would like to know that are we not using the item properly so please advise us.

Most likely this is a problem with the unit, if columns are new and filters are clean. Contact your supplier for the repair or replacement.

All six of my Inogen units broke down i the first 20 to 60 hours of use due to low oxygen output. These units look great, easy to operate, lightweight, all what a none user is looking for. But they don’t work longer then 60hrs of fail free Oxygen output. Stay away and look for a reliable concentrator. My next try is Caire Free! Hopefully they work.

@@Homefree18 don’t use them around air fresheners! 5 of mine broke down because of it and Inogen confirmed this in an email! They just don’t but this in the manual properly!

I had six units all of them broke down in the first 2 to 4 weeks. Always low oxygen output. You need the lifetime warranty for these units as they dont give you more then 60 to 80 hours of trouble free use. It is a very annoying machine getting replacements use it for a few hours and wait for the replacement to come in. I am shopping now for a reliable concentrator where i pay for quality not the name!

That is the sound of the non-oxygenated gases being released from the machine. This sound is common to pulse flow portable oxygen concentrators.

Yes, all portable oxygen concentrators have a power cord for home and automobile to power the unit and recharge the battery.

This noise the cycling of the air through the unit as it purges the non-oxygenated gases. It is common to all portable oxygen concentrators, although some are a bit louder than others.
