It's because nereis is from the phylum annelida which are all segmented worms and centipede is different because its phylum is arthropoda and has an exoskeleton but is not segmented. Centipede has jointed legs with each segment of exoskeleton meanwhile nereis don't contain an exoskeleton and don't have joined legs they have setae which are small and multiple. Therefore, centipede and nereis are from complete different phylum of kingdom animalia.

I think CO2 deposition of Mars' atmosphere on the poles in their respective winter is cool c: the atmosphere literally just getting so cold it becomes solid (dry ice) :P
