@@JustinaSadikova QM stands for Quadrupedal Movement which is ideal for functional fitness for longevity. But could be applied to obstacle navigation like vaulting over or passing under, this could be considered a ground level progression to the safety vault.

Do you have a video on a 540 jump spin? Because that’s what I’m struggling with the most. I know B-twists and fulls consist of 540 spins/jumps? (Correct me if I’m wrong lol). Thanks for the tip about bringing your arms in! It helps a lot !
@MoveWIthMendoza
@MoveWIthMendoza 12 күн бұрын
@@JustinaSadikova For a 540 or even a 720, you just apply the same knowledge from this tutorial. Just add an extra 180, learn to control the power, height and spin to land facing the direction you want. It's the same for double full twists and double flips. You gotta know how to adjust the height, power and rotation with AWARENESS before sending it only difference is with those is holding shape through the second rotation. But with a btwist, you should be taking off facing the ground and land again facing the ground making it a 360. Like an off axis pop tornado.

@@trickingandfreerunningcomm1116 Very true. If your shoulders and hips aren't aligned throughout the kick, your momentum will be thrown off and the transition loses its fluidity. The easiest way to recognize a bad hook kick is if the shoulders are left behind while the kick reaches around.
