Dear accidentals, it’s been a while since I’ve dove into your stuff but it’s so nostalgic hearing this song, me, my dad and my two sisters always had days out together and my big sister always used to harmonize with this and my dad used to always fill in the bits without lyrics and it felt so right, I missed this, since then both sisters have moved out and everyone has gotten more busy but this song still radiates with me. Thank you with love from Michigan ❤

Manhole is definitely one of my favorites on your Cover Art album, and this video doesn’t disappoint. I love the cuts to your various renditions of this song on your tours! Between this and the Midtown show I was at in late April, I can say for certain that your mastery of even such small stages with so much equipment to shuffle yourselves around is incredible, and you know how to keep the audience feeling involved during the songs. Those leans in and out during the musical interludes feel like you’re sharing a secret with the audience. I think that’s what I’ll remember best about the show I saw, long after I forget the sound of the actual performance itself. Keep doing what you do so well!

Love it!! It's hard to write a song that touches on the crisis underlying our day-to-day that doesn't end up sounding preachy, but I think you've managed managed very nicely here. This is upbeat and bright, edgy but not snarky - a strong effort. Kudos for choosing it for the contest over your other crowd-pleasers. This entry deserves Top Drawer or an honorable mention at the very least. If we can't even sing about the "waste" we're never going to avoid the worst of it.
