As talented as these kids may be, that was a completely secular performance in an attempt to merge the world and the church together. Slapping a Bible verse at the end of the video doesn't make it Godly. SDA adults have a spiritual responsibility towards the youths and y'all are dropping the ball BIG time!!!

Depression and other things will not have a effect on you IF your connection with God is strong enough. I have a lot to say, but I will try to keep this short. For much of my life I gravitated to music like this…but every person singing nice songs like this I would eventually find out were just as flawed or more flawed than me. Looking back, it felt like I was a ship going aimlessly about. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God according to the scriptures right? It’s very easy to see. So if I can’t place my full trust in man, who can I place my trust in? Who is the example that we need? Jesus the Son of God, died for all of us…and like Moses can lead us out of bondage (to sin) and into the promised land. I want true freedom for these children. True freedom is found within the boundaries of God’s commandments since He knows all mankind. I almost committed suicide multiple times and He saved my life when I thought I was worthless. I look at these kids and see so much potential for a brighter future. But in my opinion, there is no hope without Jesus. In John 17, it says (paraphrase) He keeps us by the power of His Name. I just want to make it clear as possible. And if we truly represent Jesus, white or black, etc, we need to acknowledge the pain we each have…and not just toss money at it. I pray the refuge of lies will be swept away and everyone understands that we cannot be healed without looking at the cross and all it means. Please give us eyes to see and understand, LORD, that you’ve suffered the most and unlike us, did nothing wrong. True justice is mankind crowning Him (Jesus) King.
