I discovered a new way that allows for chokes to work while also maintaining original sample. Right Click the simpler device attached to the sample and select Simpler -> Sampler. this will convert the device to a more powerful sampler which allows you to go into globals and change the slope of the 60 second release time to where it only begins to decay at the last seconds of the 60 second max time. This gives you about 57 seconds of looping per midi trigger
