@TimsElectric2 күн бұрын
sorry I don't recall...it would be unusual if that was the case...but honestly I almost always ride in dual motor...there's almost no difference in range and it's less wear on the motors :)

I wish i had more roads where i could go 25 or slower. Out in the midwest in the country there really isnt any bike lanes or trails that can take you anywhere. Ya wind up having to do 35 most of the time. Ya still get decent miles but nowhere near what you could if ya take your time.

Hey Tim, great video!! How is the booster compared to the GT in terms of take off. is it just as fast? im considering the booster because of the GT's price, but i love the GT's take off and speed at 25 for how small it is! Thanks!
@TimsElectric2 күн бұрын
Awesome question @spikesvideos, they're the same exact size (within an inch) ...the difference is the GT has a larger battery a manual brake as well as regen. The Booster only regen...they're both quick. I use the GT as I'm quite heavy and the extra power helps...although I could easily use the Booster V

Gimme 2 x 1000w hub motors and then we're talking. But tbh as is, doesnt look that bad and a FANTASTIC price. But if im honest, left side throttle is a major deal-breaker for me. Do they do things different in canada or what? Ive only ever seen bike gears as a left-hand installation with everything with a throttle from bikes to acooters with right side throttle.
@TimsElectric8 күн бұрын
@TheStaniG I actually got used it in about 5 mins...no biggie :)
@brockmerrill74414 күн бұрын
It's 500w nominal, 1000w peak! The display combines them so hammer down shows 1900w+ Oddly enough, I moved the throttle to the right, there's JUST enough space to move the shifter. Tbh I haven't changed gears once anyway hahah

Even if you wrap it like that, one can easily defeat it with an allen wrench and just undo the handlebar. You really need to lock the "body" of the scooter, not the handlebar stem.

I actually lock the body of the board around the wheel. Avoid securing the handle bar stem as I can easily be disassembled.
@BicycleCrossroads6 күн бұрын
I use a u lock with a cable. The cable I run a knot brought the rear wheel and lock the cable to the u lock. The uLock is locked to something stationary and holds the body of the board.

I have the rz800 . 4 days practice wheelies abd coming along great but somewhat feels like the throttle is slow to react / not keeping front wheel up after initial rise after I ever tap break . Again only 4 days in so I probably just need practice but be great to know for sure the rz800 scooter is capable

@TimsElectric14 күн бұрын
This is NOT a dumb question...if you don't know you don't know. :) @hokage102364 Simply ensure your ebike or electric scooter is turned off. Plug in the charger (make sure it's the one for the unit...don't use third party or the wrong charger. There is a light on the charger. It should turn red when it's charging. And will turn green when it's all charged up. Hope that helps @hokage102364 ;) Cheers
