Some corrections should be made…. A few… Meat is healthier than this lady thinks that it is, more especially if it comes from healthy animals, and more especially if it is minimally processed. Emphasis should be placed on including foods in one’s diet that have a wide variety of nutrients, as well as having specific nutrients in larger quantities that the body needs. For instance… Peanuts have minerals like copper, molybdenum, zinc, magnesium, potassium, selenium, manganese and iron, plus they have vitamin E, B vitamins, fiber, protein and healthy fats. Eggs have virtually every nutrient except vitamin C. Broccoli has chromium, potassium, selenium, calcium, folate (B9), vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K1, fiber, sulforaphane, etc. Salmon has selenium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, calcium, copper, omega 3 fatty acids, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin D, protein, niacin (B3), choline, etc. Dried Seaweed has iodine, and LOTS of it. Plus calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B5, vitamin C, vitamin B12, vitamin E and folate (B9). Sunflower Seeds = another nutritional powerhouse Navy Beans = SERIOUSLY healthy. It’s good to know what sorts of foods have more of certain kinds of nutrients. 👍👍👍

I still wet the bed. I wet the bed every night. I have to wear diapers still and my mom makes me wear rubber underwear and she makes me sleep on a plastic Winnie the Pooh mattress every night. She makes me wash my sheets every night too! I am such a bedwetter and I'm so embarrassed. I have to wear plastic underwear. I have problems wetting my pants during the day. When I hear water sounds at night it makes me wet the bed. So embarrassing. 😳

MRI for most people is only scary or rough not knowing what it will be like , or if you are not comfy with tight spaces , but if tech is nice they put wash cloth over eyes and u never know how tight it actually is , but for me a person with inner ear issues it’s pure torture , hard to stay still on a very thin table and the noise is the worst part of it ! Its honestly the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience in life and I’ve had some really crazy life experiences

As a kid, I would have loved having my mom or dad with me going into the surgery room. It would have helped so much with my anxiety. (Granted, as an adult I wouldn't mind having a loved one come with me either! ;))

I was same I had eye surgery aged 4 , 4.6,5,5.6 fifnt think it caused sby isdues I just accepted fact mum hadcyoml3ave at edtimdxsnd came back at 9.00 next morning and wasent allowed in anasethic room or recovery it was just way it was then Roll forward being aged 45 and I needed an hysterectmymid hone yo gave therapy for my general mental health to discover gor a mix of reasons I'd got mild ptsd related to being in hospitsl as a child, to losing my dad within minutes of him collapsing after a massive cardaric arrest, yo me being bullied ftom ages 6 tight through school gor needing glasses right through yo being no good at games not formally diagnosedvbutvive got and had all through school symptons of dyrpedia I've also got BPD and 80% chance sfter ingotmal assessm4nt that ive got level 1 autism and ive got GAD and mild psychosis. I thinkmparents at sll hodpitslsxsll over world should be sllowedcto becpressntcwhen kids have a anasethic or a grand parent ir a grown ip best family friend it xsn prevent isdues years down line I was lucky few years ago whrn I had hysterectomy they allowed a relative to go in anasetnhic room eith mexwhich made experince better I woke up in recovery ten minutes latervthey yook mecto my relative back on ward it was only 18 month after this tyat I gad a failed sucide attempt was in a mental health unit 8 month and I was told I'd got bpd and moved away ftom where I livedv into sheltered housing

🤮Had to stop watching at “Gatorade” ….. sugar, artificial coloring, caffeine…. The worst thing you can feed your kid is being recommended for your athlete? Not to mention high fructose corn syrup contains mercury(FDA allows small amounts of poison in a lot of products🤢.) And Bullshit on electrolytes it ‘includes’…. Only 1% of needed potassium… all nullified by the amount of sugar anyway. I’m very embarrassed by this woman and her lack of nutrition education perpetuating ill health in teens. It’s horrifying.
