Off topic but I’m shocked no one has seems to be bringing up Lee Sin in any discussion about who should be in the game. I don’t play league but from an outsider perspective he’s one of the flashiest looking characters, he’s revered as being mechanically challenging, and he’s a martial artists. Idk if it’s too on the nose to put the brawler in the fighting game but he seems like a perfect fit.

Lee sin indeed has everything that should definitely put him in 2xko. The mechanics 10, the design 9, the lore 8 , and lastly, the popularity 10 he is the second perfect champion after the master of perfection him self Jhin. So he must be in 2xko. But the thing is runettera has so many regions and riot obviously trying to release at least 2 champions from each region which means at least we should get 22 champion at launch 😂

Anyways since they said yordels are hard to design in 2xko. That means we need only 20 champion from the 10 major regions. And since yasou and ahri from ionia that means lee sin may not be from the launch roster since he is from ionia but maybe they would consider adding more ionians since they are the most popular and cool designs in league

The problem for non team sport/game, is when there is a strongest person he will dominate that sport/game for at least 3 or longer. So the sport/game becomes boring but not because actually boring we already know that person most likely gonna win.

frankly i think the overheads being given hop animations is a weird decision since theyre presumably still throwable itd just be better imo if they had that "!!" and "!" speech bubble that appears in anime games like granblue and p4au

Add them all but make the comp mode only have so many of them in it, say~30-40, then rotate that selection every month or so with 10 leaving and 10 fresh ones. Casual players get a huge roster to enjoy and comp only has to learn so many new characters at a time.

I think the perfect character that can 0-death example is ice climbers, because the combos are extremely difficult, a lot of them are situational, and require a lot of tech skill.

Aegislash from pokken is similar, but also could just be a stance change character. Once in shield he gets light armor and his moves get changed. Love the character.
