No matter the kind, watching pets feed with good appetite is very satifying.

Why are skinks so cute? Seriously?! (Also it was very clever of you, weaponizing your tiny daughter/female kinhuman to make me subscribe to your channel. The combination of adorable/awesome reptiles and adorable baby human was too much for me.)

I need to go out looking for reptiles more, you inspired me to go herping more from this one video. My go-to has been birds the last decade but have photographed them all and the mid-day heat brings no more opportunities.

Great vid but remember to put the rocks back because they are one of the only sources of humidity that can help the reptiles shed

This is a 4’ enclosure that I use for introducing the animals. Neither of them live in here but they do live in their own 4’ enclosures.

There's a new species of Spilotes in the forests of Trinidad, I saw one but now to prove and document it. In 200 years no herpetologist has seen one except me? Well, I guess, we are few and far between. There is a video in the description of the beautiful area this new to science species of Spilotes resides but nothing to show of the amazing snake itself: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mpxinJmp18esaI0.htmlsi=eK9BejeDFepT3h1m

Hello Frank There are some nice friendly and polite guys. They do herping in Georgia. It's not that they are professional photographers, they are just looking. The last video KZfaq offered me was a trip to West Texas and since you were there too, I just wanted to briefly tell you what they found. Lots of Cooperheads, a gray banded Kingsnake and lots of geckos. When they search in Georgia they always find a lot of Cooperheads and Cottonmouse. I thought if you care so much about the Cooperhead, you could ask him where they are. called NKFHerping. Best wishes from Germany.

Awesome vids mate! Houssam is a really great mutual friend and we sometimes catch up geeking out about reptiles, especially the aussie ones 😉. The Strophurus ciliaris in the video at 13:50 onwards are Strophurus ciliaris aberrans, which are a sub species/locality (separate sub species at least, I think). When you compare the two Strophurus ciliaris ciliaris and ciliaris aberrans there are very clear differences. I currently work with Strophurus ciliaris ciliaris katherine form (High black markings, stunning!), and I was finally, after almost a decade of waiting able to grab a pair of aberrans from Hamm. Another dream come true for me. The aberrans have always been one right at the top for me 😀. I love your setups, I think sometimes I am over complicating the creative process with my own. Sending my best to you, Houssam, and the rest of your team. Keep them coming! 😃
@reptiliandiaries8 ай бұрын
Thanks dude! This area where the ciliaris were found is kind of right in the line of distribution. Both have been found in this area so I wasn’t sure which it was. Epic geckos though for sure! My set ups are pretty basic for easy maintenance but I try to at least make them a little pleasing to look at:) thanks for the kind words!
