I replace different iPhone battery’s at home. I buy a removal kit and new apple battery on eBay and use a blow dryer to remove the screen. Not as fantastic as your video though. Great job!

I don't like the way they remove the screen, the metal frame always ends up a little bent, they force it too much. They should heat it up, then use alcohol.

Without underestimate you I want to add: Unfortunately, third-party service is not always that professional, I still remember when I had some phones fixed at third-party stores, they were never sealed perfectly or used to develop new issues. I learned the lesson, I never go cheap again. I also learned to feel great because of being grateful to God for what he can lend me to have. I just hope Apple won't block by serial number altered hardware and steals the satisfaction from those who take this advantage.
