Great tutorial thanks for sharing. To save myself a little extra clicking to turn on an off audiodevout1 I created another keyboard in and referenced that in a CHOP execute and added op('audiodevout1').bypass=1 under the onOfftoOn. I copied those 2 OPs and selected a different number key and set the expression to op('audiodevout1').bypass=0.

The 'Level' option was not on the tutorial for the custom component, where should I connect it here?
@OkamirufuV9 күн бұрын
Hi there, you are absolutely right. Just create a level operator and add it to the output of the Pseudo Liquids component. Alternatively, if you watched the tutorial on how to create pseudo liquids, you can add a level operator at the end of the network before the out operator and customize the parameters.
@EvilAnto10 күн бұрын
The customize feedback component tutorial would be very helpful <3
@OkamirufuV9 күн бұрын
Hi, that's actually one of the tutorials I've been considering lately because it's essentially a normal feedback converted into a custom component using the same logic from the tutorial where I teach how to create the custom component Pseudo Liquids. I suggest you create it that way and see how it goes. Let me know if you manage to get it working!

hey man, It's really exciting for me to know that you've connected with these reflections. It is a long journey, and I also faced many difficulties learning. That's exactly what I want to emphasize on the channel-that people can have a more approachable experience with the program. I also want to encourage designers and editors to explore it without necessarily being creative coders, which can sound intimidating. Welcome here!!, and I hope you continue to enjoy the channel, i also respond your other comments

Awesome tutorial man, thanks! Looking forward to working through more of these. Little tip for anyone who wants to preserve the alpha background and overlay the output on something else; You can do this with a matte TOP, simply connect the level4 TOP to the 1st input, a constant TOP with alpha set to 0 to the 2nd input and the lumablur1 TOP to the 3rd input (you could also use the null1 or null 2 for the 3rd input). Just make sure the Matte Channel on your matte TOP is set to alpha :)

Hey bro, there's an update I haven't had time to publish yet. I simply added a level to the pseudo liquids. You can update it in two ways: A. Create a level by connecting it to the output of the pseudo liquids. B. Create the pseudo liquids from scratch by following the tutorial and then add the level using the steps I showed in the tutorial. Hope this helps!!!

@@OkamirufuV I believe that this is the right way. Because as a perfect noob as I am, it is very interesting to take a break to understand what that particular node (operator) does and, above all, why it is used at that precise point of the TD Network. Or when you make historical references (as in the case of the "feedback" tutorial). Yes, I find your tutorials very complete.
