i lived in the Philippines for years. It is not cheap nor pleasant. The Philippines is essentially a countrywide slum that should be bulldozed. Nothing works well in the Philippines, not the electricity, the internet, the plumbing or transportation It has many old cites and only 1 or 2 new ones. Anything to do with the government is a horror show. While i trust their doctors, i do not trust their hospitals. ALL the people that i know who went to the hospitals in the Phillipines, never left, they ALL died there. Stay away from the Philippines.
