Years ago, these dudes had really bad technique and were out of control. It is good to see them getting some real instruction. I would see them in gyms and was impressed with their focus and dedication. Parkour or whatever they call is is a real sport, but also an art form. I never did it but have respect. But geez, they put the repetitive stresses on their leg joints. I don't know how they don't blow out knees and ankles all the time. The stuff they do on grass is crazy (double layouts). I give them credit, the know how to crash (not being sarcastic).

i learned a backflip on a trampoline as a child and thought doing a double on flat ground is impossible. i just thought there's no way in hell it's possible. and here i am, witnessing 20 years later not one but eight successful double backflips. just so awesome!
