These videos do nothing but confuses people even more 😂. If you’re training to go to the next level and have lots of time on your hands then do what it takes. However, If you’re like the rest of us with limited amount of time and play on weekends or 1-2/month, just swing smooth and enjoy the game and work on your short game is key. All that’s hip rotation, shoulders this and that, and the worst one of all is the shallowing out/bowed wrist is just wasting your time. Work on short game and swing smooth on irons and driver and you’ll alright. Remember everyone is different and has different body types so it’s not one swing fits all.

I think the difference was the golfer opening up his chest and pointing it behind instead of down (in the first swing) when his arms coming up forcing his arms to nor stay flexed which would also mess up the downswing
