It’s sad how we’ve been lied to and ripped off by the big US jewelers. If I buy gold, it will be only 24K.

I only buy gold and platinum for my wife now from Mene. Great company, buying their products while I can.

I’m a little skeptical with their platinum jewelry. Pure Platinum should be hallmarked differently and not hallmarked with gold stamps e.g., for gold 24k stamp is fine but for Platinum, it should be Pt999.9.

Asian only use 24K for their ring.

It’s been a few days and not a word that it is even shipped, I agree never ever buy from a jeweler. Buy online from proven sellers , Jacobean or proclamation jewelry they are proven or buy from men’s better yet

I pulled the trigger cause I see they don’t keep stock like other places. Either that or they are extraordinarily popular. I can’t wait but Labor Day/weekend is messing up when they fill it. But I guess that makes it all the more exciting..the fact that I probably won’t get it for a week. No regrets here …I already know I don’t regret the purchase. I’ll probably be the first in my town with mene…first possibly with 24 k other than coins and bars.

I still wanna recommend Ross Simons for our shitty American jewelry just btw. They answer me immediately and their prices are great and so is the selection if on a budget and looking for 14 or 18k. This is just if you are on a budget. I am on a budget but believe me...mene is in my near future ! Also you know what I mean by great prices..it’s cheaper. I’m not saying you are necessarily getting money’s worth cause I mean..it’s jewelry ..markup is always high.

I'm tired of Jewelry stores looking at me cross-eyed when I ask them if they sell 24K wedding bands or if I can have one made. They typically tell me nobody makes or buys them because the gold will bend and get scratched. I don't mind the look of imperfection of a gold ring after many years. It was a breath of fresh air watching this video and realizing I'm not crazy and people do wear 24K jewelry still. Thanks!

I got too much stress and anger from "beer virus politics". I feel we need a bigger picture to know more who we are, to understand where we came from and where we going. Like understanding that some of our behavior has been engineered on purpose and cannot be controlled under certain conditions and trying to control with wrong strategy can make things worse.
