o yes thats a big deal. We hired the civil engineer who originally designed the project when we purchased the property. It was easy for him to continue it foward.

@RVParkProfits Genius. I'm just curious: Have you ever made a deal (partnership) with a land owner that wasn't willing to sell? I have identified the perfect lot for a park. However, the land is not for sale. I'm getting ready to reach out, but I was thinking about getting creative if they say no to my offer.

no I have only done deals where they owner wants to sell.

Hey could you do a video talking about RV park zoning and how to find where you can legally build a park and permiting for it?

@@RVParkProfitsI would also love to know this. Located in the Fort Worth area
@RVParkProfits11 күн бұрын
so the answer is it depends. There is only 2 things I worry about. 1 - city zoning. 2 - HOA restrictions. If you dont have an HOA or if you are outside the city, they you probably have nothing to worry about. Ask a local engineer who has built one before. There is a lot more to worry about other than zoning. Thats an easy hurdle.

Looks great! I have 50 acres in Illinois I am wanting to turn into an RV park one day. has a lake and all. Just curious tho, why are your spaces so close together? once you have the slides out and awnings out i feel like you'd be on top of your neighbors..
@RVParkProfits29 күн бұрын
hey there that 50 acres sounds awesome. Regarding the spaces question we designed and prices the park to maximize cash flow based on the 5 acres we had. certain parks have more space or different amenities and they are also priced accordingly. We have a slow moving relaxing country park that is priced right to attract long term residents. They all love it.

You missed an opportunity for revenue from a digital cable hookup that can not only bring in cash for two levels of CATV (premium and standard), plus two internet service levels from the same CATV coaxial cable. (premium 1GB/sec broadband and standard 5MB/sec up-down). Cable companies can sense who is connected to which service and bill you monthly while your PC software automatically marks up the cable bill accordingly. Your customers will save moneey and solve spotty Starlink stress. 😄

If you had used CAD the planning would have been a lot easier. You could import an aerial photo in the bckground.

Drunk on their iwn power! That sums up this rotten ruling. Realtirs are forced against their will to pay membership dues & THIS is how they screw over the minions who keep them on their thrones?!! Commissions should be split! Bith agents work the deal. Buyers need protection by having their own representative. Theres notjing smart at all about this idiotic ruling. But Realtors will stay quiet, lay diwn & continue to take whatever these self-appointed gods decree for them, even to the point of utter destruction -'death' by unethical behavior. Just like all the retail stores closing down in Califirnia, New York & Seattle because stealing is legal. NAR has done the equivalent to Realtors & NO ONE but the most unethical Realtors will benefit. Not the sellers, not the buyers & not the sellers agents or their brokers.
