For me, this is where Luke & Laura's story on General Hospital ended. They never returned to PC in 1993, never divorced etc. Just lived happily ever after.

Luke and Laura's reunion, and their departure was a master class in storytelling. For me, this is how their story ended. In my head cannon there was nothing else after this. They spent the rest of their lives traveling having children and being together.
