Brother that's because eleven labs tells about the voices if it is generated in eleven labs or not champclip is another platform so these voices of champclip are not generated in eleven labs that's way it shows 2% as for can champclip can be monetize yes it can monetize you just need to edit a little bit make sure the edited voice is different from the original

Brother if you are using unedited AI voice and multiple people are using that same AI voice there is a very low chance for your channel to get monetize if you are the only person who are using the specific AI voice then your channel can easily get monetize

Brother recently there has been some issues with adobe podcast sometimes it accepts the audio file and some time it does not for adobe alternative i suggest you should use Capcut to enhance the audio
