I agree. It’s not smart at all, but at least here in Norway( I think it’s the same all over the world) I now pay 1100 renting. Let’s say I buy a house for 300.000 usd I would at least need 50.000$ for a down payment. Our savings is long gone after years of this economy and most interest rates are about 8% here now. You don’t get a very big house here for that price. I’m not even sure I can get a separate bedroom for my kids. The inflation worldwide is killing us. Man I wish I could buy😞

The fog thing is true. I think that is why Halifax Stanfield International Airport was put so far inland away from the city of Halifax, because it was put in a location with less fog.
