Great video. Im going to be in the park in 4 weeks again and im hyping me up by watching nearly every EP vlog i can find and your vlog was a very positive suprise. So much raw positive enrgy and hype. Its a very fun change to the more a little boring analytical vlogs. Remimded me a lot of the group i visit with and how we go back to being like excitavle little children the moment we step into the park. Keep up the great work.

I love Vlogs from Europapark. 18:16 thought the train is from Art Eng. The track must be (like "Fridolins Zauberexpress) from Mack Rides! Like to see more like that!!

I have stayed in the normal rooms like this one and also a Nemesis Inferno themed room which is cool!

I do think the concept of The Smiler takeover was a cool idea but The Smiler theming didn't really look the best in the other themed areas and The Minestry of Joy audio did ruin the emmersive atmosphere and experience but it was still a cool idea and was okay for just a few weeks of the event!

Its strange seeing Duel on vlogs now with The Curse at Alton Manor been so popular and successful!

Having a theme park enthusiast group is amazing and really makes a theme park day!

it took me 4 rides on voltron to get that thing in my head its a beast of a coaster for silverstar: it's not the most intense coaster for sure. you don't ride that for max g's or speed - but if you go in 5th or 6th row, you'll get massive of zero-G airtime. The Camelbacks are perfectly build for airtime in the middle rows.

If you're into themeing, you should visit Phantasialand. Europa park has nothing on Phantasialand when it comes to theming

There are some coaster-pairs easily to do like Silverstar+Eurosat - Voltron+ EuroMir - Bluefire+Wodan , they have the entrance of one close to the exit of the other. Happy birthday Simon !

With my EP season pass I spent my birthday end of June at Pleasure Beach…😉 For sure Bluefire is “Silky smoo” if you are used to PB coasters…😂 for me it is showing it’s age. Wodan is super-well maintained ! I was waiting for 20 years for something like Voltron and I’m super happy it came true ! In 4 visits I got 17 rides and I am still exited like for my second ride… Silverstar had some trim breaks added and the ones on the last camelback really hit hard. It was way better without them. Euro-Tower , EP-Express , Ba-a-a Express, Wodan and Silverstar are the rides NOT manufactured by Mack Rides in this park.

Sadly it’s rare to go to Oakwood park these days and have all rides operating. It was amazing back in the day

Nobody died on the drop tower (The Bounce) that I could find, someone died on the water ride Drenched, previously called Hydro when it happened.

Apparently there was around 90 people on park and that included our group lol such a shame, I’ve never seen the park so dead in my life and I’ve been going for years

don't care what anyone says - oakwood is a legendary park! just for the classic Waterfalls alone! great fun video! thanks. I have lovely childhood memories of this park too in the early 1990s

Brilliant! Was a great day wasn’t it. We left at about 2:30, went to the hotel then drove home (took 8 hours) rather than staying over as the hotel was shite. See you soon!

Great tour and thanks for the video. I’m planning to go to Alton Towers but I’m a little concerned. I can’t swim but am around 5’9 do I need to be worried of drowning? Or is there a section of the water park I should avoid ?
