I’m back here after today’s win, tonight we were the best college town in the nation

In 1982, the Badger hockey team played for the national title and lost. Despite 2nd place, they rocked Providence, Rhode Island. My brother and I were there. Locals wonder what we would have done if we had won. A few weeks later their mayor's office presented our city with an award for the best fans in the nation. During the lean years in football and basketball, it was our men's ice hockey team that carried the day.

Was at the game against Ohio State when Elroy Hirsch was athletic director and the Badgers were finally making a comeback after two decades of drought. We won. But the best win in the early 80s was at Columbus when Tim Krumrie was the nation's best noseguard and won 6-0.

As a Florida native, the Badger vs Gopher fan crime is awesome LOL. Reminds me of putting Georgia fans in their place. 😋

I've lived everywhere in the U.S., and I traveled all over. Madison is hands down the greatest college town. It's beautiful. I can't even describe it. I lived there for years. It is not just football, but huge in every other sport. It's beyond incredible.

This summer skip Bayless on ESPN predicted with certainty that the Packers management would have fired Matt LaFleur the new coach by midseason So much for ESPN sports commentators they’re just a bunch of cheerleaders without dresses

This is an awesome video but it’s sad this is still the last time we’ve beaten Ohio state. Thought the 21-7 halftime lead might finally be it...

They are cocky af, it's just a generalization or stereotype whichever you prefer

It's also because Midwestern people are typically blue collar family people, so for that type of team to beat a team rated number 1 with a shit ton of talent is just incredible
