😂Thanks for your video. This home has very nicely sized bedrooms. Would have loved to see some kind of tray ceiling in the living/dining area. The ceiling just looks littered with a bunch of randomly placed pod lights and other fittings. It doesn’t look very considered. Hopefully they offer the option for some kind of tray. Also, since the bedrooms are so spacious, I was hoping to see a tub In the owner’s suite. There is certainly space for it but perhaps builders don’t start putting those in until you get into the 3,000 square feet and larger models.

@@RealEstateWithaREBATE Thanks. I found out this house sold and the windows are the double pane (not impact resistance) but come with shutters but no screens.

Gayle are you sure it doesn't come with screens? I believe they do. Most builders don't instal screen on their model for better viewing out the windows.

Mr. Goodall, Thank you for your feedback. The reason I don't post prices is, I don't work for the builder. It is not my product nor am I selling their homes for them. I wouldn't want to post a price from a third party knowing that price will probably be wrong before the video goes live. Imagine a price that is listed on a video that is four years old. But what I have been doing lately is putting a link to the builders website within the description so If anyone wants they can go directly to the source and see the builders pricing in real time and will always be. I have Mattamy Homes website link in the description. I hope you find this helpful and have a better understanding of why I choose not to post those details. I try to keep it simple and give the viewers a tour of the house as if you were walking thru yourself. That has been my goal. Thank you James

Stunning yet warm and inviting home!! Beautiful exterior and a great floor plan. Only problem is I would never get up from the breakfast nook. lol so nice and cozy. I really love all the interior design colors of the newer homes, from the beautiful green of the home you posted last week to these with the warm neutral palettes. I'm in love with all of them.

WOW WOW WOW, this house is super perfect!! Gorgeous exterior and excellent floor plan!! The backyard entertaining area is to die for!! It's large enough to add a pool too. I actually love the layout, size and interior design of every room in this house. I never thought of putting clay or terracotta colors with golds and mustards but it's the prettiest mix of colors I've ever seen. BTW you do the best videos to showcase these houses too.

Wow, I love this house. Beautiful elevation and interior and great floor plan. I love the kitchen design and colors. The elongated kitchen island is perfect. It makes the kitchen streamlined for both eating and cooking. The gold chandeliers in the great room ceiling are beautiful.

I don't post prices from builders because I don't work for them and they could change by tomorrow, but here is a link to their website where the base price is listed. Typically they have a lot premium charge. You would also be adding any additional structural upgrades and design center visit upgrades. Once a lot is selcted I would say the average is 10% spent in the design center for upgrades. Any questions please don't hesitate to call. The Stardom is available with 3 bedrooms. As a two bedroom office its is as two main bedrooms. That can be converted to two bedrooms on that side of the house.
