Truthfully, I don't know much about Outcast MC but I believe East Bay Dragons were around longer than Outcast. EBD were founded around the same time and rode with the Hells Angels way back when and it's documented . Also wouldn't Buffalo Troopers/Soldiers MC be a helluva lot larger than Outcast?!?!
