Yes looks ok, but im sure its dangerous if drive the car at maximum capacity, any wheel can snap out of place. Maybe for a cosmetic car show when u only show ur car its ok.

Wheel spacers put extra stress on the wheel bearings. Engineers spend much time on safety. Aftermarket parts often cause safety issues. Wheel spacers like these have an extra set of wheel nuts that you can't easily monitor. Could lead to warranty denial or even legal liability.

You also haven’t mentioned that they change the weight between the inner and outer bearings in the hub. So cause premature bearing failure.
