It’s a nightmare trying to ship your pet to Hawaii. You need your animal chipped,with the recordable chip number documented from your vet. Then your pet must have current up to date rabies vaccination,along with proper blood test. Then you have to pay all the fees that go along with it. Me and my wife lived in Oahu in the city of Mililani for about 14 months. She was stationed at Schofield during her last 14 months of service. We decided to leave our dog and cat home with our parents because it was a major hassle to bring them to Hawaii. They needed more documentation than we did,plus it was crazy expensive to bring them to Hawaii. But I can understand why Hawaii wants to protect and preserve their wildlife on the Islands,so no diseases break out.

So is this how landlords begin to learn how to legally cut corners and be difficult landlords for local tenants? I think hawaii and us locals need more Agents who have a passion to help us instead of move here and teach mainland buyers how to buy the land right out from under us. Just buy it up and give locals the bare legal necessities. No wonder we can’t afford s*^_.

Wow… where was this video 6 months ago… oh that’s right we found Patrick in January when we decided to take the plunge… So happy we saw Patrick’s other videos and knew he was the agent for us.… we finally made the journey out from the east coast just to tour “perspective neighborhoods” with him and actually found a great opportunity in a home that we loved and after Patrick gave us the facts on the property and it’s comparables etc. it sealed our decision.
