Both heartbeat sensor and 98B dynamic scope effect will cause fps drops because using screen mapping (point_camera entity). I don't think this would be possible to optimize if didn't work at Valve.

@@ducheese251 oh thats just a result of my recording, because it struggles to run both obs and css, because i use an old, 2nd hand, outdated laptop😅

After testing, the fps dropped by 20-30 frames at most. However, as long as the hardware configuration of the computer is good, the speed of running CSS is generally 200-300 frames. So that doesn't significantly affect the speed. It's just that there may be noticeable effects on older computers.

@@PhantomCSSMS I've tested out CSSDM offline without a dedicated server and it works totally fine, if you use that plugin I'd recommend using it along with dmextra, objectiveremover, and a better spawn protection plugin than the one it comes with. There is also a plugin you can use to make it free for all instead of TDM and there might also be a plugin out there that could make the bots work properly in FFA. To turn DM on and off you could make cfg files that enable/disable certain plugins and change a few commands and exec them whenever you want to switch between DM and normal CS game modes
