I’m On my way! I’m $300 short of breaking 1k in sales this month. You can check out a KZfaq channel called “silentjimdotcom” they have pretty good membership subscription to their courses around like $30 a month. If you’re truly dedicated you can probably learn all the basic stuff within a month then cancel before you get charged again. Will you succeed in a month, probably not. Another KZfaqr that also puts out great content is “Jimmy Smith”. He also has a great book about running a OA/RA Amazon business, if you’re into reading.

New years are great tbh takes the stress away from everything pretty heavy you dont gotta worry about catching every dollar because there wont be a ton floating around + I always use this time to focus less on amazon and start other businesses so far I got 1 non profit, 1 ecom (other than amazon) and 2 service businesses planned but might back off on the service businesses for a bit cause I gotta start hiring and possibly getting a warehouse for ecom + its insanely scalable with great margins
@LuckiTrade5 ай бұрын
bad sourcing method ngl, gotta get product that not everyone else is on or your gonna take losses + lower margins (the more gating the better newer sellers will ruin the listing sometimes by tanking the price)

Are you all OA?
@LuckiTrade5 ай бұрын
imo anything under 3mill should be purely OA, its a lot easier managing a few va's rather then getting a warehouse and employees. wholesale is more for equity and consistency but its worth it to take the hit for the margins. and PL is something ill be getting into in the next few years but its expensive and a completely different world from reselling or wholesaling but the equity is amazing but its stupid hard and expensive (guru's like to say 5k but its really 25k+ to have a real chance)@@tyler_thenthaysong

Tyler, how can you tell you ll be able to sell the products you send in fairly quickly? what are the rules you use to make that happen? thanks a lot for the teachings
@tyler_thenthaysong6 ай бұрын
I usually set the sales rank drops to a minimum of 30. Then find anything profitable from there. I find out how fast it sales when I finally get it sent in. Then decide if I should replen from there. If not, then I test more.

how often do you need to find new shit to sell because the item is not profitable anymore?
@tyler_thenthaysong6 ай бұрын
I’d say weekly. I try to test new products every new shipment. Like in this video I tested 6 new products. Out of that 6. There was only 1 that is going to turn into a replen. The rest I’m tryna liquidate as fast as possible. So I can get that money back and test more.
