Hello, we do not offer insurance for sellers, but we always recommend sending products only after funds are credited to your account. You can find all fees here: www.paysera.lt/v2/en-LT/fees/payment-gateway-fees. Unfortunately, residents of Egypt cannot register in our system at the moment unless they have an EU residence permit or Visa D.

I've linked the card, but when I try to make a transfer, Paypal says "There is an issue with your card" and tells to contact Paysera support. When I contact Paysera support, they are like "oh we are aware that our customers have issues linking our cards to Paypal. Please contact Paypal support" What kind of support is that? What's going on Paysera, can we not use our cards on Paypal?

Kažkokia įtartina kontora, parazituojanti mokėjimų srityje. Ir panašu, kad smarkiai prasilenkianti su etika. Kažkaip bandžiau kažką nusipirkti LT įmonėje, tarp galimų mokėjimo būdų pasirinkau ne Paysera, o Swedbanką. Vis tiek iššoko paiseros langas, į kurį turėjau suvesti konfidencialią, Swedbankui skirtą informaciją. WTF? Atšaukiau operaciją ir nuo to laiko vengiu bet kokių mokėjimų per juos. Geriau sugaišti kiek daugiau laiko, bet padaryti viską saugiai. Bet tai prieš kokius metus buvo. Vakar sumaniau nusipirki dalį automobiliui. Olandijoje, kurioje elektroniniai mokėjimai, šiaip, veikia labai labai sklandžiai. Staiga, paaiškėjo, kad normalus mokėjimas yra neįmanomas, ir estijoje registruotai įmonei aš turiu daryti tarptautinį pavedimą į lietuvišką payseros sąskaitą. Aha, o kur galų paskui ieškoti? Ne jau, dėkui.

How do I even create a paysera project ?

Hello, In order to accept funds in your e-shop with the help of our system, you need to integrate Paysera Checkout on your website and create a project in your Paysera account. Information about technical specifications for integration can be found on the Paysera Developers page. How to create a Project? 1. Log in to your account. Click Settings > Profile settings > Service management > Change; 2. Select Online Payment Processing via E-banking and Other Systems and click on Order; 3. Please select Projects and Activities > My Projects and click on Add new project; 4. In the opened window please enter all required information to create a project. Later on, you will be able to change this information according to your needs; 5. Submit the project for review only after the website is fully prepared to be used by clients, the payment platform is integrated and test payments are performed. Your submitted project will be reviewed within one day. After creating a project, you will be provided with the data necessary for the technical integration of the payment platform: - In the section Projects and Activities > My Projects you will find the project ID (Project number). - In the section Projects and Activities > My Projects click on Project settings > General project settings and you will find your project password. More detailed information about commission fees for payment processing via banks can be found on our website. The worst payment service. You will only be able to get your money back from PaySera only with a lawyer PaySera blocks your money for no known reason. They don't ask for anything to verify your money, they just say wait. They blocked my money, I called and wrote to them that I could confirm my funds, but they didn’t need it. They act like scammers, block your funds (supposedly for money laundering), and simply take your money while you sit and wait for your unlocking. I’m still waiting for my money, and I don’t know if I’ll get it back. I do not recommend this PaySera service!!!
