This counterclockwise trimmer is a pile of junk, not only does it pelt you with all the debris, it also ejects grass and dirt all over your driveway and sidewalk, I returned mine after one use.

I have had mine for about a year and now the hose has a small break right where the hose hooks to the tank. The bottom cover screws are so deep set that I cannot get to them with a torx bit. I am not sure how to change out the hose and there are no videos on how to do this

Well I have had 2 no good the last one I used 6 times an it quit I have went through 3 chargers so far when I called hart they acted like it was my fault an wldnt do anything about it

I was ready to throw this into the trash until I saw your video! Great info. I too had problems like the other person where I couldn't get the one item to turn so I used a screwdriver to go around the inner lip and cleaned it out and then it worked.
